The Center for Farm Financial Management is an industry leader in providing a variety of educational programs and applications to help agricultural professionals address real-world business concerns head-on in the areas of financial and business planning, credit analysis, risk management, and commodity marketing. Center programs cater to the needs of producers, educators, lenders, public agencies, private businesses, and other agricultural professionals across the United States. Our diverse client base requires a talented team with a broad range of backgrounds, strengths, and interests to support the dynamic needs of the both the industry as a whole and our individual users.

Current full-time openings:

Program Associate

The Program Associate will work closely with CFFM and ABM leadership to plan and execute 50+ training sessions, workshops, online courses, and conferences annually, ranging in size from 10 to 600 attendees and held in a variety of capacities such as in-person, online, and flipped formats. This person will be responsible for all phases of event delivery from scheduling, through execution and follow-up. In addition, the Program Associate will need to familiarize themselves with the inner-workings of CFFM and ABM business operations in order to provide frontline customer service and technical support, and triage requests. University of Minnesota students:
We employ 2-3 undergraduate students each semester. All majors are welcome, with preference given to those in applied economic, agricultural and food business management, or agricultural communication and marketing degree tracks.
