Risk Management Education
CFFM's efforts in risk management education are both national and in-state in scope. CFFM is the home of the Digital Center for Risk Management Education which provides leadership, logistical support and software development to the Regional Centers for Extension Risk Management Education nationally. Within Minnesota, CFFM provides leadership and programming in crop insurance and commodity marketing education.
Uniform Farm Management Project
A project to develop a multi-state database of farm financial benchmarks. This project provides support to farm management associations and farm business management education programs in several states to expand and enhance their educational programs in farm financial management.
Trade Adjustment Assistance for Farmers
CFFM provides the umbrella coordination for this USDA program to provide technical assistance for farmers and fishermen experiencing adverse financial stress due to import competition. (
