System requirements

FINPACK Standard, FINPACK for Lenders, or Educational version 4.20 or higher installed.

Installation instructions

During the download you may either run the update or save it to disk. If you have a fast internet connection, run the update right away. If you are prompted to save the file to your computer, save the update to your Desktop. After the file has downloaded, run the update by double clicking on FP_Update.exe on the Desktop. After installing the update, you may delete the FP_Update.exe file from your Desktop.

Follow the instructions provided with the update to finish the installation. You will know the update is successful by starting FINPACK, click on Help, then click on About to view the your software version.

This FINPACK update fixes

FINAN—Fixed bug in trend analysis that caused a crash if the crop was not enabled in the current installation.

Annual Plan—Fixed bug that resulted in missing government crop loans imported from the balance sheet if multiple crop loans existed for the same crop.

FINAN—Fixed bug on Feeds Fed page of enterprise analysis. Selecting the feed would bring incorrect data into the analysis.

To correct the feeds in an existing file, first load the file then select "Options + Advanced File Repair" from the menu. Under File Repair Options, check "Repair Feeds" then click the OK button.
